RXR and Korman Communities have released new renderings for 5 Cottage, the second phase of the AVE Hamilton Green development in White Plains, in time for the leasing launch of the development. Located on the former site of the White Plains Mall, the project comprises two residential towers: the 12-story 25 Cottage and the 26-story 5 Cottage. The development will yield a combined 477 rental units.
25 Cottage contains 170 apartments in studio to three-bedroom layouts, including penthouses and live-work lofts. Residences span approximately 475 to 1,500 square feet. Leasing began in November 2024 and is now more than 85 percent leased.
The taller 5 Cottage tower will comprise 307 units, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2025, however move ins are expected to begin in September. 5 Cottage features larger apartment layouts, an expansive amenity package, and penthouse homes with their own amenity floor.
Planned amenities at AVE Hamilton Green include coworking areas, a fitness center, an indoor pool, golf simulator, billiards room, children’s playroom, a speakeasy-style lounge, and an outdoor terrace with lounge seating and grills. Additional features include a dog wash and an indoor dog run.
Transit nearby AVE Hamilton Green includes the White Plains Metro-North railroad station, served by the Harlem Line Train.

Why do people live in White Plains?
My guess is that far less people in the US are asking that than they are asking why people live in NYC 😂
Mind numbingly dull and perfect for suburbanites hiding out in the woods.
That’s no answer, Gardenview.
Okay, here’s a list…
1. Less crime
2. Less crowded
3. More trees and wide open space
4. Better public schools
5. Better air quality
6. Lower cost of living
7. Easy access to NYC
8. More car friendly
9. Less noise pollution
10. Better place to raise a family
Still building horrid looking bland buildings brhh
Not arguing for the design, just answering what was a very odd question posed by Matt.
Whomever approved of these buildings to be built the way they are now and not the first TWO other renderings which looked a LOT better than this, should be ashamed of themselves. Horribly boring architecture and what is this?? This and the one next to the train station are both really boring to look at bruh. Actually unfortunately.
