Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 125 Tehama Street in Kensington, Brooklyn. Located between Martense Lane and Chester Avenue, the interior lot is near the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. BAC Developers Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 30-foot-tall development will yield 8,915 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 990 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and four enclosed parking spaces.
Leandro Nils Dickson Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the residential structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
