Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 504 Beverley Road in Kensington, Brooklyn. Located between Ocean Parkway and East 5th Street, the lot is near the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Nurus Safa is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 15,550 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,196 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and 11 enclosed parking spaces.
Julio Salcedo-Fernandez of Scalar Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed for the two-story residential structure. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
