Permits have been filed for a seven-story community facility at 2150 Coyle Street in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Located between Avenue V and Avenue U, the lot is closest to the Avenue U subway station, serviced by the Q train. SD Builders and Construction LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 95-foot-tall development will yield 92,643 square feet designated for community facility space. The building will have 175 residences, with an average unit scope of 529 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 37-foot-long rear yard, four open parking spaces, and six enclosed parking spaces.

Aufgang Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. What about all the parking places from the original plan?
    FYI all of u who don’t like parking. Not everyone can use public transportation, this project is in a designated transportation desert, the nearby ( 2 mi.) Q train is in the midst of a 6 string station with no elevators and it is next to the Nostrand projects w/ no provided parking.Just think of your 80 yr. old grandmother before you are so against
    cars. Oh, but you’re probably out on your 2 wheeler scaring old people and not paying a penny to city coffers like motorists do.
