Available on NYC Housing Connect are 14 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $99,086 to $146,900.

    This is FIXED INCOME HOUSING for upper income people only.
    Not for the low or middle income people of the Bronx.
    We have a housing crisis and this is what we get?
