New renderings have been unveiled for The Shoreline, a 31-story residential building at 2230 Cropsey Avenue in Bath Beach, Brooklyn. Developed by Cropsey Partners LLC and designed by Hill West Architects with interiors by Whitehall Interiors, the waterfront tower is nearing completion and will yield 248 market-rate residences with Corcoran New Development handling marketing and leasing. Move-ins are scheduled to begin in January 2024.
Residential amenities include concierge, a circular port-cochere, a double-height lobby, a 150-space attended parking garage, a fitness center, coworking lounge, media lounge, billiard room, two fully landscaped roof terraces and a 24th floor lounge with a wraparound terrace offering panoramic views of New York Harbor, Coney Island, the Manhattan skyline, and the Verrazano Bridge.
The main amenity feature of The Shoreline is a resident’s only pool club with a private outdoor pool overlooking New York Harbor, a roof terrace with shuffleboard, and indoor saunas and changing rooms. The third floor will also offer a landscaped roof deck with BBQs, a lawn area, and outdoor lounging and dining zones.
Alternatively addressed as 1625 Shore Parkway and located between Cropsey Avenue and Belt Parkway, The Shoreline is closest to the D and F subway lines. The Belt Parkway is conveniently accessible to the north and is also near the ferry service at Bay Ridge Avenue Pier.

I didn’t know the area was zoned for buildings that tall.
Interesting, I just hope it doesn’t have a bazillion parking spaces.
That’s not New York Harbor you are looking at. That’s Lower New York Bay. Although there are people who call the water beyond the Verrazano Bridge “the harbor,” it is clearly not a harbor. This serene ocean view has its own charm and real estate babble should not be ashamed to call it what it is.
Does anyone actually play shuffleboard?
Renderings just released & “Move-ins are scheduled to begin in January 2024.”
