William Vale Hotel Assumes New Management at 111 North 12th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

EOS Hospitality has assumed management of The William Vale Hotel, a 23-story hotel at 111 North 12th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The 183-key property opened in 2016 and features 7,300 square feet of indoor event space, including a 4,100-square-foot ballroom. The William Vale is EOS’s first property in the New York City market.

Each of the hotel’s rooms comes with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies. The property offers several food and beverage options, including Westlight, a rooftop bar, and Leuca, a Southern Italian-inspired restaurant. Other amenities include the Turf Club outdoor event space and the longest outdoor hotel pool in New York City.

  2. Oh my! Will the massive “W” & “V” supporting beams (that rno doubt reflect WWWilliam VVVales ego) now need to be reconfigured to advertise the name or initials of the new management?
