Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 430 St Marks Place in Brighton Heights, Staten Island. Located between Fort Place and Victory Boulevard, the lot is near the Tompkinsville Staten Island Rail station. Medina Cami of AVC General Contracting LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 52-foot-tall development will yield 10,068 square feet, with 9,328 square feet designated for residential space and 740 square feet for commercial space. The building will have eight residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,166 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and eight open parking spaces.

Ryan Design Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
