Permits have been filed for a nine-story community facility building at 478 West 130th Street in Harlem, Manhattan. Located between Amsterdam Avenue and Convent Avenue, the lot is closest to the 125th Street subway station, served by the A, B, C, and D trains. Charles Carroll of Urban Resource Institute is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 45,969 square feet designated for community facility space. The building will have 84 supportive housing residences, with an average unit scope of 547 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 32-foot-long rear yard.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
