3206 Cruger AvenueGazivoda Holdings Corp. has received approval to construct a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 5,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 3206 Cruger Avenue, in Williamsbridge; Penna Architects are designing.

Brooklyn:

470 4th AvenueNow that demolition is complete, Adam America has submitted permits to begin excavation work in conjunction with a 12-story and 105-unit mixed-use tower at 470 4th Avenue — also filed under 237 11th Street — in Gowanus. Aufgang Architects is designing the nearly 85,000 square-foot development.

2909 Tilden AvenueTilden Avenue Realty has field applications to construct a five-story and 22-unit building of 21,824 square feet at 2907-2909 Tilden Avenue, in East Flatbush, which will include a 5,333 square-foot community facility; Jeffrey Kamen is the architect of record, and the lots are currently vacant.

181 Troutman StreetAn anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a five-story and eight-unit residential building of 5,500 square feet at 181 Troutman Street, in Bushwick. Demolition of an existing two-story structure was approved earlier this month; Defonseca Architects are designing.

258 A 18th Street245 Development LLC is filing applications to construct a four-story and four-unit residential structure of nearly 5,000 square feet at 258 A 18th Street, in South Slope. The lot currently holds a two-story wood-framed structure; permits for demolition have yet to be filed.

Queens:

87-47 Kneeland AvenueAn anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and nine-unit residential building of 7,908 square feet at 87-47 Kneeland Avenue, in Elmhurst. The existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in January.

121-04 Long StreetThe owner of 121-04 Long Street — a vacant lot in South Jamaica — has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential project of 2,604 square-feet.

Staten Island:

1095 Rockland AvenueAn anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a three-story and 12-unit residential building at the surface lot of 1095 Rockland Avenue, in New Springville. The entire development site has undergone multiple subdivisionz — creating Dovetree and Sweetgum Lanes — which branch off of Rockland Avenue northward; once completely built-out, the residential developments will total 162,092 square-feet.

Burgundy Loop DevelopmentBaiano Development has filed 15 additional applications on Burgundy Loop — in Clinton — to construct single-family, two-story wood-framed houses at the lots of 8-38. Regardless of how many more applications have yet to be filed, the total scope of development measures 135,398 square-feet.
