1081 Dean Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and two-unit residential building of nearly 4,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 1081 Dean Street, in Crown Heights; Arnold Montag is designing.

177-16 Wexford Terrace: Recently demolished, a two-story abandoned structure — at 177-16 Wexford Terrace, in Jamaica Estates — will be replaced by an eight-story and 20-unit residential building of 19,190 square feet; Frank Petruso is designing.
204-08 Northern Boulevard: Kenfa Madison has filed applications to construct a two-story and 4,330 square-foot commercial building at 204-08 Northern Boulevard, in Auburndale; the site is currently vacant.
720 Jarvis Court: Bedford Construction Group has filed foundation plans to construct twin, previously disapproved, four-story and single-family buildings — each of 3,136 square feet — at the vacant lots of 720-722 Jarvis Court, in Far Rockaway.
42-02 191st Street: The owner of 42-02 191st Street — previously a two-story abode, in Auburndale — has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 3,100 square feet; demolition of the existing structure started July 15th.
Staten Island:
576 Woodrow Road: Bridle Estates has filed applications to construct a three-story and two-unit residential building of nearly 3,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 576 Woodrow Road, in Woodrow.
