3014 Mickle Avenue: The owner of the vacant lot of 3014 Mickle Avenue — in Baychester — has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,142 square feet.
Brooklyn:
810 Flushing Avenue: Upper Class Realty has filed applications to construct a seven-story and 42-unit mixed-use structure of nearly 44,900 square feet at 808-816 Flushing Avenue, in Williamsburg. A dilapidated one-story warehouse must first be demolished. The building will break down into 9,258 square feet of community space, 6,438 square feet of commercial, while the remainder will be residential; M Architecture is designing.
524 Rockaway Avenue: Jannat Rockaway has filed applications to construct a four-story and 37-room hotel building at the vacant lot of 524-526 Rockaway Avenue, in Brownsville. Spanning 10,281 square feet, Shiming Tam is designing. Filed decades ago, the site’s four-story predecessor was demolished for redevelopment.
183 Tompkins Avenue: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and 10-unit mixed-use building of 8,321 square feet — with ground floor retail — at 183 Tompkins Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. A one-story retail structure needs to be demolished before construction can occur; Charles Mallea is designing.
Queens:
825 Greenwood Court: AJ Construction has filed applications to build four, four-story and multi-unit residential buildings — of 3,227 square feet each — at 825-837 Greenwood Court, in Far Rockaway. The lots are vacant, and Gerald Caliendo is designing.
27 State Road: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a three-story and single-family abode of 1,780 square feet at 27 State Road, in the Sandy-ravaged barrier island area of Roxbury.
