1701 Parkview Avenue: Parkview Heights LLC has filed applications to construct a seven-story and 22-unit residential building of nearly 17,200 square feet at 1701-1705 Parkview Avenue, in Middletown – Pelham Bay; an existing three-story structure was approved for demolition in August, and Gerald Caliendo is designing.

211 McGuinness Boulevard: Greenpoint McGuinness LLC has filed for a five-story and 112-unit mixed-use building of 100,128 square feet at 211 McGuinness Boulevard, in Greenpoint; commercial space will span nearly 22,000 square feet, and a single-story structure would need to be demolished. Gene Kaufman is designing.

1 Sullivan Place: Sullivan Garden LLC has filed applications for an eight-story and 16-unit residential building of 20,552 square feet at the vacant lots of 1-3 Sullivan Place, in western Crown Heights; Workshop Design & Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

56 Vernon Avenue: Vernon Street Properties LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and four-unit residential building of nearly 4,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 56 Vernon Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

QUEENS:

31-57 31st Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications for a seven-story and 114-unit mixed-use building totaling 102,060 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 31-51 – 31-75 31st Street, in Astoria; 19,761 square feet is being designated for commercial use, and SLCE is designing.

210-21 48th Avenue: NYC School Construction Authority has filed applications to construct a four-story and 73,060 mixed-use structure at 210-21 48th Avenue, in Bayside; nearly 19,100 square feet of space will be for commercial usage, and RAFT is designing.

38-65 11th Street: St. John Real Estate Consulting Inc. has filed applications for a 10-story and 170-unit residential building of 57,127 square feet at 38-65 11th Street, in Astoria; a single-story warehouse structure must first be demolished, and Chang Hwa Tan is designing.

150-12 Roosevelt Avenue: JK Roosevelt Ave LLC has filed applications to construct a three-story commercial and community building of 8,669 square feet at 150-12 Roosevelt Avenue, in Murray Hill; an existing two-story structure has recently been approved for demolition, and Design Group in N&K is the architect of record.

STATEN ISLAND:

70 Shelley Avenue: V & S Development has filed applications to construct five, two-story and single-unit abodes spanning 70-84 Shelley Avenue, in Travis-Chelsea; two residential structures have recently completed demolition.
