1969 Washington Avenue: “Washington Manor” has filed applications for an eight-story and 49-unit residential building of nearly 47,000 at the vacant lots of 1969-1971 Washington Avenue, in Tremont; the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 2013, and OCV is designing.

BROOKLYN:

93 Dupont Street: “Dupont Street Developers” has filed applications for a five-story and 26-unit residential building of 26,384 square feet at 93 Dupont Street, in Greenpoint; the existing single-story warehouse structure was approved for demolition in August, and Danny W Yan is listed as the architect.

521 East New York Avenue: Applications have been filed for a five-story and eight-unit residential and community building of 11,471 square feet at 521 East New York Avenue, in northern East Flatbush. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished, and Anthony Cucich is designing.

292 Sheridan Avenue: Yaj Developers has filed applications for two, three-story and four-unit residential buildings — each of 4,488 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 292-298 Sheridan Avenue, in East New York.

1706 47th Street: Applications have been filed for the construction of a three-story and two-unit residential and community facility building of 4,375 square feet at 1706 47th Street, in Borough Park; the existing two-story structure will be expanded.

125 Jefferson Avenue: Applications have been filed for a four-story and six-unit residential building of nearly 4,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 125 Jefferson Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The site’s three-story predecessor was demolished decades ago, and Shahriar Afshari is designing.

QUEENS:

149-36 16th Road: “Euro Nest Corp.” has filed applications for two, two-story and two-unit residential buildings — each of 2,200 square feet — at 149-32 and 149-36 16th Road, in Whitestone; a garage structure will need to be demolished at No. 149-32.

155 Ocean Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story and single-family abode of 1,618 square feet at 155 Ocean Avenue, in Breezy Point.

STATEN ISLAND:

631 Bay Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story and six-unit mixed-use building of 3,860 square feet — including 1,733 square feet of commercial space — at 631 Bay Street, in Stapleton; the site’s single-story predecessor had been demolished in December, and ThinkDesign is the architect.
