280 St Marks Avenue: Escorial 280 SMA LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 32-unit residential building of 50,758 square feet to span 278-292 St Marks Avenue, in Prospect Heights. DXA Studio is designing, and an existing single-story warehouse was approved for demolition earlier this month.
4419 12th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a six-story, 10-unit mixed-use residential and community building totaling 24,050 square feet to span the lots of 4419-4423 12th Avenue, in northern Borough Park.
