657 Quincy Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, nine-unit residential building of 6,034 square feet at the vacant lot of 657 Quincy Street, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Diego Aguilera is designing, and an old four-story building was demolished in 2006.
QUEENS:
10-11 Reads Lane: Applications have been filed for a religious structure rising two stories and spanning almost 7,400 square feet at 10-11 Reads Lane, in eastern Far Rockaway. Lewis Garfinkel is designing, and an existing 1.5-story home must first be demolished.
22-51 Mott Avenue: A LLC has filed applications for two four-story, three-unit residential buildings — each measuring 3,362 square feet — spanning the lots of 22-51 – 22-53 Mott Avenue, in Far Rockaway. Jung Y. Shin is the architect of record, and demolition began in December to remove the old foundation of the site’s predecessor.
11 Manville Lane: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a three-story, single-family house measuring 1,586 square feet at 11 Manville Lane, on Breezy Point. An old two-story home was demolished following Sandy.
STATEN ISLAND:
61 Alberta Avenue: Pete Rock Inc. has filed applications for two three-story, single-family houses — each measuring nearly 1,500 square feet — spanning the lots of 57-61 Alberta Avenue, in Travis – Chelsea. The existing single-story home passed pre-demolition inspection in November.
