Related Companies’ luxury rental development at 205 East 92nd Street, in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Carnegie Hill, is set for occupancy in May. Now, we have a new renderings, both exterior and interior, of the coming development, now dubbed The Easton. If the address sounds familiar, the building used to be known as the Henley.
Located between Third and Second avenues, the 39-story building is being designed by Handel Architects and will hold 230 of what Related calls “graciously proportioned one- to four-bedrooms homes.” One- and two-bedrooms will start at $4,400 a month and $7,550 a month, respectively.
The three- and four-bedroom “Tower Residences” will begin on the 30th floor and start at $11,995 a month and $15,995 a month, respectively. The Tower Residences will come with a host of modern technology, from a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone entry system, filtration systems in the kitchen sink, and wireless controls for lighting, shades, and radiant floor heating.
In addition to everything in the neighborhood, there will be an on-site Equinox gym. Then there will be a 39th floor communal amenity suite including a dining room, game room, and multiple outdoor terraces. There will be an under-the-sea-themed children’s playroom with outdoor play area. Older children and parents will benefit from a teen room and game area, study nooks for homework and private tutoring, and custom sound-proof music rehearsal rooms equipped with pianos designed by Steinway & Sons.
A 24-hour concierge will also be available, and there will be space for 120 bicycles.
“We designed The Easton with effortless living in mind in order to enrich our residents’ daily lives,” said Bryan Cho, executive vice president of Related Companies.
The building is an 80/20 project and 47 of the one- and two-bedroom units are set aside as affordable housing, and are renting for as low as $607 a month. Occupancy was open via lottery.

That’s Yorkville, not Carnegie Hill, which is Lexington to the park, 86th to 96th. But looks like a great place.
