The structure will encompass 8,143 square feet and its residential units should average 714 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will be two units on the ground floor, followed by three units each on the second and third floors, topped by two units across the fourth floor and an upper penthouse level. Fernando Geremia’s Pelham, N.Y.-based Fred Geremia Architect & Planners is the architect of record. The 2,603-square-foot plot is currently vacant. It’s located about an eighth of a mile from the 182nd-183rd Streets stop on the B/D trains.
