Work at 101 Wall Street, in the Financial District of Manhattan, is just about complete. The property, formerly known as 99 Wall Street, was purchased by the Claremont Group in 2015, and has been undergoing a conversion from office to residential use.
Upon completion, 101 Wall Street will bring 52 new condominiums to the Financial District. The pre-war Art Deco structure now has several completed units ready for occupancy, as well as its completed amenity floors.
Features will include a fitness/training studio, a lounge area, a playroom, library, and rooftop terrace. All interior spaces have been designed by Piet Boon, and condominiums span from one to four-bedroom configuration. YIMBY also has an exclusive look at the children’s play area below, which has just opened its doors.
The sales office is now active in the base of the tower, though minor interior work remains before everything is fully wrapped.
