Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 110-36 Saultell Avenue, in Corona, Queens. The site is sixteen blocks away from the 111th Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. The commute to the station runs right along Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Liang Shu Lu is responsible for the development.
The 40-foot tall structure will yield 8,060 square feet, with 5,460 square feet dedicated to residential use. Eight apartments will be created, averaging 682 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.
A&T Engineering will be responsible for the design.
The lot is currently vacant. Once the permits have been approved, construction will likely take 18 to 24 months.
