Permits have been filed for an enormous seven-story storage facility at 2111 Richmond Terrace, in Staten Island. Located in the Port Richmond Neighborhood, the site is most easily accessible via the Bayonne Bridge to New Jersey. Carlos Vizcarra of Americo Real Estate Company is behind the filings.
The new building will rise 80 feet, or total of seven stories, and replaces a garage-only facility originally completed in 1962. Filings mention a sale of the property in 2015 for a total of $2.993 million dollars.
The new facility will span 305,076 square feet in all, and Andrew Lasich is the architect of record
While demolition permits have been filed, the estimated completion date has not been announced.
