Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 976 Woodycrest Avenue in Highbridge, the Bronx. The site is located five blocks away from the 161st Street Yankee Stadium station, serviced by the D trains and the first stop in the Bronx. Kim Tasher of SKF Development is responsible for the development.
The 71-foot-tall structure will yield 67,950 square feet, with 65,280 square feet dedicated to residential use. 101 apartments will be built, averaging 646 square feet apiece, indicating rental use. Residents will have access to space to store 54 bicycles, a laundry room, and recreation spaces on the first, second and top floor. 51 vehicle parking spaces will be included.
Badaly Architect is responsible for the design, a traditional masonry façade.
Demolition permits have not yet been filed. Completion can be expected in two to three years.

Please pardon me for using your space: Each two is development from Andrew Nelson reported.
Another Badaly carbon copy. The lack of imagination is infuriating.
I totally agree they must have a building kit in use. And they get so many projects. Mass production no creativity.
A minus for the streetscape for sure. The ground floor looks like a jail.
