Permits have been filed for a two-story residential building at 2733 East 27th Street in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Located between Voorhies Avenue and Shore Parkway, the interior lot is less than a mile east from the Sheepshead Bay subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Oscar Kitsis under the Dupont Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 35-foot tall development will yield 8,934 square feet, with 6,900 square feet designated for residential space. It will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 862 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, basement, attic, and 30-foot long rear yard.
Demolition permits were filed in December of 2018. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
