Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 30-82 Crescent Street in Astoria, Queens. Located between 30th Drive and 31st Avenue, the interior lot is four blocks from the 30th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Robert Cerrone under the 25-24 30th Drive LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed development will rise 70 feet and yield 15,406 square feet designated for residential space. It will have 22 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 700 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 72-foot-long rear yard.
Angelo Costa of Costa A&E is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in January of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
