951 Grand Street: Originally filed in 2013, new applications have revived an LLC’s plans for a four-story, seven-unit building measuring 5,900 square feet at the vacant lot of 951 Grand Street, in East Williamsburg. The project will include nearly 500 square feet of commercial space, and Environetics Group Architects is designing.
STATEN ISLAND:
139 Oceanview Place: Applications have been filed for two three-story, two-unit residential buildings — one measuring 2,800 square feet, and the other 2,400 square feet — at the adjacent lots of 139 Oceanview Place and 317 Armstrong Avenue, in southern Great Kills. Demolition recently began on an existing 1.5-story home.
337 Baden Place: SV Midland LLC has filed applications for two three-story, single-family houses — each measuring nearly 1,500 square feet — at 335-337 Baden Place, in Midland Beach. The site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2013.
