Permits have been filed for a ten-story mixed-use building at 122 Sandford Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Park Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, the lot is two blocks west of the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Yaniv Cohen under the Throop LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 108-foot-tall development will yield 128,804 square feet, with 90,733 square feet designated for residential space and 11,639 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 132 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 687 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 54 enclosed parking spaces.
Stephen B. Jacobs Group is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
