Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 565 West 170th Street in Washington Heights, Manhattan. Located between Audubon Avenue and St. Nicholas Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks north of the 168th Street subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Jason Chen of Treble Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 12,387 square feet, with 9,321 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 665 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Robert H. Lin of A&T Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in July 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

I am interested in your location. I know the area I was born in St. Elizabeth Hospital and I was raised at 170th st. Between Amsterdam and Audubon.
