Amenity Spaces Revealed for The Galerie at 22-18 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens

The Galerie at 22-18 Jackson Avenue, an 11-story condominium building in Long Island City, is now open for occupancy. Developed by Adam America and designed by ODA New York with interior architects Paris Forino Design, the structure blends an industrial aesthetic with an extensive offering of amenities. Residents have access to a private art gallery, outdoor areas including a courtyard and rooftop lounge, a party room equipped for private dining, a pool, and a fitness center, and more.

ArtBox is responsible for the curated installations throughout the building including a permanent street-level rotating art exhibit, which currently features work from Tel Aviv-based street artists Dede and Nitzan Mintz. Condominiums range from studios to three-bedroom units with pricing from $595,000 to $2.5 million.
