Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 6375 Broadway in North Riverdale, The Bronx. Located between West 254th Street and West 256th Street, the interior lot is closest to the Riverdale Metro-North train station, serviced by the Hudson line. Stagg Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 68-foot-tall development will yield 66,320 square feet, with 45,647 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 77 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 592 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 39 enclosed parking spaces.
Minkul Kim of Marin Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
