Permits have been filed for two adjacent four-story residential buildings at 3312-3314 Decatur Avenue in Norwood, The Bronx. Located between East Gun Hill Road and East 209th Street, the interior lots are a few blocks north of the 205th Street subway station, serviced by the D train. Cherryann Sankar of 3312 Decatur CS LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 37-foot-tall developments will each yield 6,473 square feet, with 4,748 square feet designated for residential space. The buildings will have seven residences apiece, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 678 square feet. The masonry-based structures will also have cellars and 40-foot-long side yards but no accessory parking.
Badaly Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in March. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
