Closings will soon commence at 233 Eighteenth, a new six-story condominium property at 233 18th Street in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. From Tom Winter Architects’ Brooklyn design studio, the building will yield 20 condominiums that range from one- to two-bedroom layouts.
The façade of 233 Eighteenth was inspired by the surrounding pre-war structures in the Greenwood neighborhood and incorporates a purposefully minimalist design compared to many of Brooklyn’s high-concept new developments. The curtain wall is composed of light brown brick, simple floor-to-ceiling windows, dark metal cladding and signage at the ground floor, and several decorative green spaces.
While interior images of the condominiums have not been released, the project team has confirmed that residential amenities will include a recreational roof deck, a communal lounge, a fitness center, a pet spa, package storage, and on-site parking with two charging stations for electric vehicles.
The project is developed by Eagle Development Corp., a small-shop real estate investment firm. At this time neither the developer nor the architect has confirmed an anticipated date of completion for the property.
Sales are expected to launch later this fall with pricing beginning around $695,000 at the low end.
