Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 107 Schaefer Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Evergreen Avenue and Central Avenue, the lot is close to the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Ben Sadykov under the 107 Schaefer LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 14,126 square feet, with 10,442 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 870 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
Yury Yagudayev of Yagudayev Architecture Studio PC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
