Skyline Development Group has officially launched sales at Solaia, a new condominium property in North Bergen, New Jersey. Located at 8701 Churchill Road, the building will deliver a collection of 70 units that range from one- to three-bedroom accommodations.
Solaia is tucked away in a lush section of the Palisades Cliffs, an area often referred to as the Hudson River Gold Coast for its picturesque tranquility, as well as its proximity to the George Washington Bridge, Lincoln Tunnel, Hudson Bergen Light Rail, and NY Waterway Port Imperial Ferry Terminal.
Skyline Development Group has partnered with Compass to sell its Solaia inventory, which begins around $750,000. Occupancy is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2021.
“Solaia was developed with three pillars in mind: attention to detail, space, and health and wellness,” said Louis Mont, founder and chief executive officer of Skyline Development Group, which is developing Solaia with joint venture partners Vasco Ventures and Mosaic Real Estate.
Designed by Architectura, Solaia condominiums will range from 864 square feet to over 1,900 square feet with expansive living rooms, gas fireplaces, smart home light switches and automation systems, custom Italian cabinetry, and furnished appliances. A majority of the units will also include private balconies.
Residents will also have access to 10,000 square feet of amenity spaces, most of which are dedicated to health and wellness. This includes a three-story wellness center offering state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a yoga room, a sauna and steam room, a Halo Himalayan salt therapy room with infrared relaxation stations, personalized lockers, and more. Additional amenities include a cliffside roof deck with BBQ grills, an outdoor kitchen, a firepit dining area, and a co-working lounge with a conference room. A cozy indoor lounge space will include a fireplace, billiards table, a catering kitchen, and private dining area.
“Solaia was conceptualized with an emphasis on mind, body, and spirit for wellness inside and out,” said Jaclyn Issac, founder of interior design firm Downtown Decorators, which curated the interior spaces at Solaia. “Everything from the design of the spa-like spaces to the materials utilized in creating this residential oasis were carefully chosen to accentuate tranquility, self-care, and balanced healthy living.”
Prospective owners may now visit Solaia for a pre-scheduled tour of the property.
