Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 3377 Sedgwick Avenue in Jerome Park, The Bronx. Located between Giles Place and Fort Independence Street, the interior lot is closest to the 238th Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Anton Tinaj under the Park View Bay, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 61-foot-tall development will yield 22,771 square feet, with 18,371 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 30 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 612 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 38-foot-long rear yard.

Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in September for a two-story masonry structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

    Would have love to apply based on all the amenities and the price. But it’s disgusting to navigate through dog waste to get from point A to point B. A lot of these neighborhoods, people refuse to clean up after their dogs. It’s a quality of life issue.
