New renderings from Real Estate Inverlad and Dart Interests offer a glimpse of the residential spaces at The Leyton, a rising condominium property on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The new building is located at 1059 Third Avenue and will house a collection 38 residences including ten full-floor homes and one duplex.
The 30-story building is designed by Manuel Glas Architects with interiors by Frampton Co. and Champalimaud Design. Frampton Co. will oversee the design of the private residences, while Champalimaud will create a hospitality atmosphere in the building’s two levels of amenities.
The 24th floor Brandy Room is the most impressive amenity, offering both outdoor and indoor lounge spaces with sweeping views of Central Park, the East River, and the Manhattan skyline.
Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing is the managing sales agent and is scheduled to launch sales in March 2021. Construction has already topped out and occupancy is slated to begin this summer.

Good Afternoon. I’m A Senior looking forward to rent one bedroom apartment, I love Harlem!!!!
I’m interested in a 2bedroom apartment. Can you email me an application. Do you accept SCREE?
I also want to say we need low income housing because the affordable housing problem locks out people of color due to your high AMI
that also needs to change.
Nice chemtrails. You have to wonder why someone would put chemtrails on a building rendering?
