Located at the intersection of Third Avenue and East 36th Street, the 9,875-square-foot site has approximately 99 feet of street frontage.
In May 2020, YIMBY reported permits filed for a 17-story mixed-use building at 540 Third Avenue. The site is currently made up of five low-rise buildings with 48 residential units and six commercial units.
