Construction is complete on 40 Bleecker Street, a 12-story residential building at the corner of Mulberry and Bleecker Streets in NoHo. Designed by Rawlings Architects and developed by Broad Street Development, the property yields 61 one- to five-bedroom units with interiors designed by Ryan Korban. Sales and marketing are being led by Fredrik Eklund of Million Dollar Listing: New York fame, as well as John Gomes and Sarah Burke of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Edmund Hollander Design is carrying out the landscaping for the private outdoor terraces and the 5,600-square-foot rear courtyard.
The building is enclosed in a warm-colored brick façade with a tight grid of floor-to-ceiling windows, dark rectangular frames and spandrels, and a series of elegant curved corners on the northern edge of the building. This finish continues upward along the stepped setbacks that make way for private outdoor terraces lined with glass railings that will provide occupants with views over the surrounding NoHo district, as well as the Lower Manhattan and Midtown skylines. Shrubbery and large trees already populate sections of the terraces.
The main entrance to 40 Bleecker Street is located on the northern side of the structure facing Bleecker Street and is protected under a dark canopy, and decorative ornamental metal screens surround the front doors. Overall, 40 Bleecker Street visually respects the low-rise nature of the vicinity and contextually blends with the older brick-clad buildings surrounding it.
An entrance to the Bleecker Street station is located directly outside the building, providing convenient access to the 6 train. This station also connects with the Broadway-Lafayette station, serviced by the B, D, F, and M trains. Residential amenities include an indoor 58-foot-long swimming pool, an exercise room with a stretching studio, white-glove concierge service with a live-in superintendent, bicycle storage, and a limited number of subterranean parking spaces.

Very nice!
Its handsome, but how will they keep pigeons from roosting on those extra-deep windowsills?
Beau-ti-ful
this one is pretty nice. the brickwork is very pleasant and handsome and the glass is great, but its not perfect, the window treatments are a letdown.
