Construction is complete on The Waterton, a new rental property at 1631 Paterson Plank Road in Secaucus, New Jersey. From developers Woodmont Properties, Canoe Brook Development, and PIRHL, the residential community features 116 apartments and an expansive suite of amenities just three miles west of the Lincoln Tunnel.
Available residences range from studios up to two-bedroom floor plans, each with 11-foot ceiling spans, full-height windows, designer fixtures and appliances, in-unit washer-dryers, and smart home systems. Select units offer a private outdoor space including self-contained rear yards on the ground floor.
“Secaucus continues to be a desirable place to live, and we are excited to officially welcome The Waterton to our dynamic town, which truly has so much to offer,” said Secaucus mayor Michael Gonnelli. “Woodmont Properties, Canoe Brook Development, and PIRHL delivered on their promise for an incredible property that will serve our community for many years to come.”
Amenities at The Waterton include an expansive sundeck with riverfront views and recreational areas, an outdoor screening area, a communal indoor entertainment lounge complete with billiards and a bar, private offices and conference rooms, a coworking lounge with a coffee bar, a fitness center with a private yoga studio, and a children’s playroom. The property also offers a covered garage with electric vehicle charging stations, valet dry cleaning services, and free Wi-Fi in all amenity spaces.
“We pulled out all of the stops for this stunning boutique luxury community and we’re thrilled to officially unveil it to the Secaucus community,” said Jack Tycher, partner at Canoe Brook Development. “Residents of The Waterton will have access to some of the best indoor and outdoor amenities with breathtaking views, along with convenient access to New York City.”
The Waterton is already more than 50 percent leased.
