A new batch of renderings have been revealed for a 38-unit condominium project at 110 North First Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project team includes designer and developer EDRE, alongside Issac & Stern Architects and DXA Studio. The sponsor of the project is listed as 110 N1 Owner, LLC.
When complete, the mix of units will include one- and two-bedroom homes, garden-style residences, premium units that occupy a full floor of the building, and a collection of penthouses. In addition to name-brand fixtures and appliances, each residence also comes with a balcony, terrace, or private garden.
Health and wellness amenities will include a plunge pool, a sauna, a meditation room, and a fitness center. Residents will also have access to a coworking suite with a built-in kitchen and private conference rooms, and a landscaped, roof-level terrace with private cabanas and barbecue grills, as well as communal spaces for small gatherings. There will also be a dedicated children’s rock climbing wall, a children’s makerspace with a large drawing table, a dog run, and pet washing stations. Private parking for 20 vehicles is available on the building’s first floor for an additional fee.
The team has not revealed an anticipated date of completion.

the project is beautiful, but, for swimming pool layout – if there are stairs across one end, it is impossible to swim laps and kick off the stair end…its actually annoying.

It’s too short for laps. It’s most likely a jet stream pool.
The facade is reminiscent of Bauhaus? I dig it.
How much for a 2 bedroom.
People who are reading this add don’t bother asking for mostly rent all you will get it’s a bunch of crazy clearly low income people can not afford their rent.
