Designed by Michael Muroff Architect and developed by James Ruggiero, the structure yields 14 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $85,715 to $156,130.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, covered parking, bike storage lockers, virtual doorman, elevator, recycling center, storage, and a rooftop terrace. Residences come with washers and dryers, dishwashers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, patio or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes stove, heat, and hot water.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,500 for incomes ranging from $85,715 to $156,130.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 28, 2023.
