Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $102,652 to $198,250.

Amenities include covered parking, bike storage lockers, package lockers, recreation room, roof deck, and common area Wi-Fi. Two-bedroom units come with space for king-sized beds. Residences also feature a dishwasher, name-brand appliances, and intercoms. Select units have patios or balconies. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, heat, and hot water.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 23, 2023.
