Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 334 Douglass Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Located between 3rd and 4th Avenues, the interior lot is near the Union Street subway station, serviced by the R train. William Bomar is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 96-foot-tall development will yield 14,379 square feet, with 12,498 square feet designated for residential space and 1,881 square feet for commercial space. The building will have eight residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,562 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 19-foot-long rear yard.
