The affordable housing lottery has launched for 1010 Bedford Avenue & 263 Skillman Street, a seven-story residential building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Developed by Loketch Group, the structure yields 36 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $119,486 to $227,630.
Amenities include a garage with assigned parking spaces, elevator, and a rooftop terrace. Residences come with intercoms, dishwashers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, energy-efficient appliances, smart controls for heating and cooling, high-speed internet, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are seven three-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,485 for incomes ranging from $119,486 to $227,630.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than April 24, 2024.
