Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 33-35 11th Street in Astoria, Queens. Located between 34th Avenue and 33rd Road, the lot is closest to the Broadway subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. John Pantanelli is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 94-foot-tall development will yield 303 residential units, 79,691 square feet designated for commercial space, and 138 enclosed parking spaces. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and two loading berths.
Gerald Caliendo Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in March 2024 for the one-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
