Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 837 Maple Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between 75th Street and 76th Street, the lot is one block north of the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Charles Wurzberger of Candor Capital One LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 8,864 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 681 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a 33-foot-long rear yard.
S. Wieder Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
