Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 605 Lorimer Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Conselyea Street and Skillman Avenue, the lot is one block from the Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the L train. Arie Bar Chaim of Brooklyn AZ Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,000 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 714 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 32-foot-long rear yard.
Saleh & Associates is listed as the architect of record.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
