Property owner Regina Makris has filed applications for a new three-story, two-unit residential building at 61 Remsen Street, in the Dongan Hills section of Staten Island. The structure will measure nearly 2,600 square feet, and Think Design Architecture is designing. An existing two-story, single-family home was approved for demolition in April.
