The Bed Stuy Blog reports the once-dilapidated three-story building at 405 Gates Avenue, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant, is currently being renovated and refurbished to its original commercial use. The original façade is expected to be kept, and Marianna Russo is designing. According to permits, Harriet Williams is the owner of the building.
