The affordable housing lottery has launched for 236 Berry Street, an eight-story mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Hamish Whitefield Architects and developed by Hershy Silberstein of Blue Shine Builders Inc., the structure yields 50 residences and 31 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 15 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $113,726 to $165,230.
