Located between West 146th Street and West 147th Street, the lot is two blocks south of the 148th Street Lenox Terminal subway station, serviced by the 3 train. It is also situated three blocks east of the 145th Street subway station, serviced by the A, B, C, and D trains. Josef Goodman under the FDB 13 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
